Touchstone Corp. already has big plans for two big office towers in their 820K square-foot Troy Laundry Block project in Denny Triangle. Now they're adding some residential offerings into the mix with initial planning for a 36-story, 372-unit residential tower at 1812 Boren Avenue. The new tower will be situated right alongside the adjacent 11-story, 300K-square-foot Hill7 building that Touchstone is constructing. Parking for 600 vehicles will be located below grade. It's not going to be a good year for the Goodyear dealership currently on the property, which will be demolished. Touchstone will meet with the design review board on April 1 and introduce renderings and designs then.
