A new mixed-use building will be making its way to Fremont, that is, if Caron Architecture gets their plans approved. Fremont Green is a proposed complex that will include 64-units ranging from studios to 2-BR. The ground level will include space for one live/work unit, two residential units, commercial space and parking for 16 cars. Up top will be the obligatory rooftop deck.
According to the plans, the design "celebrates the interstitial spaces, just as Fremont celebrates the multifariousness and synergy of the neighborhood characteristics," which, sorry, our brain just melted.
