You probably know downtown Seattle's Meridian complex as "that big-ass building where Niketown and the Regal Meridian 16 are." Either way, that property on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Pike Street sold Thursday for a little under $113.2M. Along with the The 157K-square-foot Meridian property, Clarion Partners also owns the 1600 Seventh Avenue building across the street and is planning to create more 'destination retail' on the block.
