When completed sometime in 2017, Ninth & Stewart will be the tallest hotel in Seattle. Located on a full-block site with an enclosed development area of roughly 2.1M square feet, it will include 1,680 hotel rooms, 700 below-grade parking space, 45K square-feet of retail, ballrooms, sculpture garden and 152 affordable housing units for employees. The project is going before the design review board for the third time tonight for recommendations. Before then, let's take a look at the latest renderings that will be presented. It's been a long, hard road for the project, but it might actually begin making progress soon enough.
