Capitol Hill's Union Manor Apartments Sell For $15.2M

Union Arms Investors made quite the investment in Captiol Hill's Union Manor apartment building. They sold the complex to Japanese firm Mitsumaru Estate Co. for $15.2M, 60% higher than what they paid for it two years ago. The 79-unit apartment building is located at 604 E. Union St.
