Now Amazon Wants To Take Over The Waterfront, Too?

Amazon has already staked their claim to South Lake Union and are in the process of remaking downtown Seattle in their image. What's left? How bout the waterfront? Surely ferry passengers need to look upon Amazon's mighty kingdom and despair

Via PSBJ, Amazon is reportedly leasing 635 Elliott, a Seattle waterfront office building that had previously been vacant for four years. With almost 196K-square-foot of space overlooking Myrtle Edwards Park and Elliott Bay, the tech-friendly space might be a sign to the rest of Seattle how the online retailer is still in need of space while The Ama-Zone is being constructed.
