Via PSBJ, Amazon is reportedly leasing 635 Elliott, a Seattle waterfront office building that had previously been vacant for four years. With almost 196K-square-foot of space overlooking Myrtle Edwards Park and Elliott Bay, the tech-friendly space might be a sign to the rest of Seattle how the online retailer is still in need of space while The Ama-Zone is being constructed.
