So, when it opens at 115 E. Belmont Street in the space formerly occupied by Half Price Books, go check it out now so you can say you were there before it was a thing. Goodwill Capitol Hill will be the 24th Goodwill store in the north Puget Sound region and will hold a grand opening in May 2014.
