February was the first time we heard about plans for a "luxury, midrise apartment building" at 307 Broad Street in Belltown in the shadow of the Space Needle. A little less than a month later, we get a peek into plans for the project, which will go before the Downtown Design Review Board for guidance next Tuesday. The official plan for a nine-story residential building with 153 "dwelling units" (don't you dare call them apartments!) and four levels of below grade parking for 128 stalls. Amenities look to include a swanky lobby/lounge with fireplace, below-grade game room and the obligatory rooftop deck.
