They sold that recently to to Kilroy Realty Corp. for $106.1MThe 11-year-old office/lab was one of Vulcan's original properties in the neighborhood, but they'll use the proceeds to invest in their many upcoming developments nearby. Many, many developments.
The purchase is the second recent SLU acquisition for Kilroy, who also owns the Westlake/Terry Building at 320 Westlake Ave. North.
