Continental Properties took notice of all the upcoming development around Downtown and Pike Place Market and decided, "We need to spend $16M on the development site at Second Avenue and Virginia Street right now." And so they did. The Bellevue-based company plans to turn the parking lot into a 400-foot-tall residential tower with up to 324 units.
The prime location right in-between Belltown & Downtown and just blocks from Pike Place Market was one of the last few remaining development sites in the area.
