PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Monday we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1902-built 4-BR/3-bath sited on Capitol Hill's "Millionaire's Row."
Square feet: 4,240 sq. ft.
Annual Taxes: $18,132
The Skinny: When you think of turn-of-the-century Cap Hill homes near "Millionaire's Row," this is pretty much what you think of. Romanesque arches, open eaves w/ornate brackets, square turret & elegant leaded-glass fenestration. Clustered columns throughout, mahogany-stained woodworking & two uniquely carved sandstone fireplaces. Clearly renovated and modernized in some rooms, other seem to remain in the era in which they were built. So, how much do you think they're asking?
