F.X. McRory Building Sold, Bellevue's Office 415 Project Under Review

PIONEER SQUARE—The F.X. McRory Building in Pioneer Square sold last Thursday for nearly $17.55M. Manchester Capital Management is the new owner of the 1906-built, seven-story building at 419 Occidental Ave. S. The building is 98% leased and home to F.X. McRory's Steak, Chop and Oyster House. WEST SEATTLE—The Westhaven Apartments was bought by Holland Partner Group for $18.3M four years ago. They unloaded the 190-unit, 19-building property for $27M last Thursday, a 48% profit. New owner TruAmerica plans to upgrade the complex, including the clubhouse and pool. [PSBJ]

BELLEVUE—Schnitzer West has officially applied for a design review of the proposed "Office 415" building at 415 106th Ave NE. The 16-story project calls for 307K square feet in total, most of which will be office space. A Bank of America branch is already part of the deal, as are 2,800 square feet of retail and eight floors of below-grade parking. [DBN]
