WEST SEATTLE—The Westhaven Apartments was bought by Holland Partner Group for $18.3M four years ago. They unloaded the 190-unit, 19-building property for $27M last Thursday, a 48% profit. New owner TruAmerica plans to upgrade the complex, including the clubhouse and pool. [PSBJ]
BELLEVUE—Schnitzer West has officially applied for a design review of the proposed "Office 415" building at 415 106th Ave NE. The 16-story project calls for 307K square feet in total, most of which will be office space.
