This week's top hits from Eater Seattle, Curbed's sibling bar, restaurant, and nightlife blog.

Matt Dillon and Katherine Anderson's The London Plane officially opened in Pioneer Square on Monday. Located on the opposite end of Occidental Square from their Little London Plane the new, larger London Plane includes a bakery, cafe, specialty grocery, and floral workshop. Want to see how it all fits together? Eater has photos.

LA transplant Paul Osher is launching Porkchop and Co. on Leary Ave. in the former Belle Clementine space. Look for breakfast and lunch to start up next month. Dinner will begin after a series of evening pop-up meals.

This fall, Ericka Burke is opening a cafe and juice bar inside the upcoming mixed-use project Chophouse Row in the Pike/Pine corridor. In addition to cold-pressed juice and food, The Volunteer Park Cafe owner is setting up an on-site marketplace that sells gifts and sundries. Look for her Chop Shop Cafe & Bar and Chop Shop Juice & Provisions to open in mid-October.
