Price Doubles On Massive H.T. Lindeberg-Built Shoreline Estate

New, 1 comment

According to public records, investor Gaylord Kellogg purchased this 5-BR Shoreline estate in 2005 for $3.2M from Boeing executive Malcolm Stamper. He then hired Schultz Miller Construction to give the house a comprehensive remodel, hence the reason it was just listed for $6.25M, almost doubling the price. The 8,790 square-foot home sits on an almost three-acre lot and is privately situated in 'The Highlands," one of Seattle's most exclusive communities. Built in 1937, the house was originally-designed by Harrie "H.T." Lindeberg, a legendary country home architect from the first half of the century.

If we have one suggestion, it would be to give the wallpaper a bit of an overhaul. Otherwise, too many details and amenities to list, but we'll throw out the dramatic entry with curved staircase, intricate millwork and hardwood floors, lap pool and greenhouse as the ones that caught our attention. How bout you?
