SOUTH LAKE UNION—The KING TV building at 333 Dexter Ave. N is for sale. According to PSBJ, the local broadcaster plans to leave its longtime home in 2015 and has timed the sale according to how quickly the value of property in the area has risen. Expect this spot to be condos soon enough… [PSBJ]

BELLEVUE—The 465,000-square-foot downtown Bellevue office tower that The Rockefeller Group has planned will be known as Sterling Center. The name is a tip of the cap to Sterling Realty Organization, who owns the site at Northeast Eighth Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. [PSBJ]
