Looking at this 1927-built 4-BR Tudor in Green Lake, you might not think anything special as you peruse the main level and top floor. The updated rooms look clean and updated. But then you head down to the lower level to find a cool rec room and lounge with a submarine door and...wait, there's a submarine door. What else do we need to discuss?
