BOTHELL— McMenamins wants to turn The W. A. Anderson Building into an entertainment complex that includes a 73-room hotel, restaurants and bars, on-site brewery, meeting space, pool and spa. They can't do it themselves so they're turning to crowd funding to help make it happen. They've put out a call for investors to raise raise $8M of equity that can get the project started. EASTSIDE— Boeing needed to find new offices for 3,000 employees while they rebuild Everett buildings. So, they've leased eight buildings and roughly 500K sq. ft. of office space on the Eastside, including a Bothell building known as the Humongous. [PSBJ]
DENNY TRIANGLE— A 20-story office building at 720 Olive Way has been purchased by Talon Private Capital and Prudential Realty Group. The group also bought the 1800 Ninth Avenue Building together, repackaging it and doubling their investment in a sale. No word on the sale price or plans for this complex. [PSBJ]
DES MOINES— Urban Renaissance Group sold shopping center Redondo Square for $24.9M on Thursday. Home to a Safeway, Bartell Drugs and Ace Hardware amongst others, the 14-acre lot now belongs to Garrity Group. The lot was purchased in 1993 for $11.9M. [PSBJ]
