For the first time since 1906, Seattle has offered up available space inside historic King Street Station for rent. In particular, 23,500 sq. ft. of office space on the 2nd & 3rd floor as well as 1,350 sq. ft. of restaurant space on the ground floor. The 1906-built terminal was recently renovated and retrofitted by the city, opening once again in April 2013. Interested? You've got until June 19 to submit a proposal.
