Wilson & Loveless 6-BR In Queen Anne Asking $3.35M


Arthur Loveless joined Clayton Wilson's architecture firm in 1907, eventually rising to partner and the two ended up helping to shape Seattle during its formative years.The 6-BR Colonial Revival at 620 W Howe St. was one of the many homes they designed and the 1909-built house is now available for $3.35M. Originally-built for local real estate mogul James Sparkman, the since-updated home sits on a large, fully-fenced, west-facing lot and includes an in-ground swimming pool and hot tub. The house was last-sold in back in 1994 for just $755K.
