Renovated William Bain Brick Tudor Available For $2.6M

William J. Bain, a.k.a. the first B in NBBJ, was a renowned architect with a reputation for high-quality residential designs. One such design became the 4-BR/3-bath at 115 Dorffel Dr E in Denny Blaine, which just hit the market asking $2.6M. The home and owner Julie Tall, an interior designer, were profiled by the Seattle Times in 2012. Tall remodeled the house as she was remodeling her life, leading to renovations such as soothing sand-and-sea paints, comfortable window seats, a custom fireplace mantel and turning a back bedroom into a mud room/pantry. The 1928-built house still maintains much of that original charm as well, including a quaint, private back garden. A solid investment that's been well-invested in.
