WEST SEATTLE— For the second time in a week, a house in the 10000 block of 39th SW in Arbor Heights has caught fire. Investigators are still looking into the first fire and are unsure if this second fire was deliberate or whether or not it "rekindled." [WSB]

WHIDBEY ISLAND— The Dog House Tavern, an iconic century-old building in downtown Langley, is coming down.
