Doesn't anyone want to own a house built by Roland Terry, architect of Canlis and the original Nordstroms flagship store? Apparently it's going to take some more cajoling and price-chopping because his 5,150 square-foot, 4-BR home at 1101 McGilvra Blvd E has just been re-listed for $2.25M. That's down from the $2.85M price we saw back in early 2013 and the $2.5M ask it was dropped to later that year. Owned by philanthropist Gordon Wise, the home has actually been on and off the market since 2012. Featuring a backyard jacuzzi, sun room, library with wine storage and panoramic views aplenty, the price will eventually be right for one lucky buyer.
