Step Inside A Restored Urban Farmhouse In South Park

New, 1 comment

The South Park neighborhood doesn't have the best reputation in Seattle but for a property like this, it's hard not to give it a shot. Originally built in 1904, this farmhouse has been restored into a 3-BR/1.75-bath situated just off the Duwamish River bend. Last purchased for $251K in 2003, it's back on the market asking $450K. The dining room, complete with its rustic cabinetry and the family-style table, takes you back to the turn of the century. Meanwhile, the rest of the home repurposes some of the original features into something more balanced. Down below, a 5,000-bottle wine cellar awaits. You don't often get a good reason to go check out South Park, but, here you go.
