Mised-use project Isola Greenwood get its name not from its neighborhood (Phinney Ridge) but from it's address (6800 Greenwood Ave). Naming confusion aside, the planned 48K sq. ft. complex will put residents within walking distance of Red Mill Burgers, Ken's Market and the Phinney Ridge Farmer's Market. Currently in the recommendation phase of design planning, the project will include 4K sq. ft. of retail and 28 below-grade parking spots. Amenity spaces will include private yards, shared greenspace at gound level and private & shared rooftop decks. Completion is expected in Early 2016.
