We've remarked before about the ongoing revival of Stone Way along Fremont & Wallingford. That revitalization continues with plans for yet another mixed-use complex along the road, this time mid-block between N 38th Street and N 36th Street on the west side of Stone Way North. The site, which is currently home to Rodda Paint and Morgan's Plumbing, will be replaced with 126 residential apartment units, 2 Live/Work units, 5,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space and approx. 90 below grade parking stalls. Plans also call for a fitness area, bicycle parking, roof top food production center and green house. Developer Pollard Entities is also behind The Prescott, located just a couple blocks up the road. Plans for this project go before the design review board on June 16.
