BELLTOWN—'N' Habit Belltown, a 49-unit building at 2217 Third Ave. that features modular construction, announced its official opening by noting that 35% of its units are already leased. The apartments range in size from 422-752 sq. ft., with a majority of homes featured as flexible 720 sq. ft. "flats." Belltown Dance Studio has moved in to one of their street-level retail spaces as well. [NHabit]
EVERETT—Security Properties paid $63.5M last week for an Everett apartment complex called the Millington at Merrill Creek. That's 15% less than what the 344-unit property sold for in 2007. Close proximity to Boeing was a key factor in the sale. [PSBJ]
DOWNTOWN—Motif Seattle, formerly known as the Seattle Red Lion Hotel, was officially sold for just over $126.9M. The buyer, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, paid 79% more for the property than its previous sale, though the building did just complete a $25M makeover and rebranding. [PSBJ]
