Make An Eco-Friendly Footprint In Fremont For $660K

New, 3 comments

There's something about the 7-unit LEED Platinum townhome community called Footprint At The Bridge in Fremont that we find confusing at first glance. It looks like it's made for an oasis likely found out on the Eastside. But then you realize it's right off an Aurora Bridge off-ramp and in the midst of a densely-packed neighborhood. Built by Johnston Architects in 2008, the U-shaped complex features a central garden courtyard/community open space. All homes, such as the 2-BR at 3653 Whitman Ave N which is asking $660K, were built with a major emphasis on water efficiency and storm water recycling. Inside, the townhouse is upscale modern with a slightly Eastern style. A strong choice for eco-friendly homeowners who aren't quite ready to live in the wilderness.
