Last week, Seattle Public Schools voted in favor of trying to turn the old Federal Reserve Building into a new elementary school, presumably ending the issue over who would become the new tenant. Not so fast, says some homeless advocates who applied to take over the empty space but were denied "in contravention of federal law." And they're not done fighting to reverse the decision yet.
