Stadium Terrace Apartment Plan Scrapped For Condo Project

In 2012, a group of investors announced plans to build a 106-unit apartment project at the spot of the Seattle Plumbing Supply Building called Stadium Terrace. That never happened and the group has sold that plot at Railroad Way South and Occidental Avenue South to real estate developer Kevin Daniels who will turn it into a condo project instead. Daniels told PSBJ that he's going with condo sales over apartment rentals because "that is what the neighborhood needs." He's like Stadium District Batman in that way.
