An Early Look at Belltown's Mixed-Use 'Natasha Project'

Clark Design Group is bringing plans for the mixed-use 'Natasha Project' at 2134 Western Ave. before the design review board for early guidance on July 29. Those plans call for a seven-story building with 160 residential units, 4 live/work units, 2,030 sq. ft. of retail and 130 below-grade parking spaces. Residential units will range from 396 sq. ft. studios to a 1,080 sq. ft. 2-BR. Currently a parking lot, the land offers a lot of post-Viaduct potential and it's location just north of Pike Place Market makes for an ideal downtown living location.
