Touchstone's NorthEdge Project Touching Down in Wallingford

Gas Works Park has one of Seattle's best views of the skyline. When finished, Touchstone's 210K sq.ft. NorthEdge complex will have the city's best view of both Gas Works Park & the skyline. Via DJC, the developer is weeks away from breaking ground on the four-story office & tech building at 3101 Densmore Avenue North bounded by North 34th Street, North Northlake Way and Woodlawn Avenue North. The standout part of the complex will be a 38-foot wide central outdoor court with views of the park and downtown Seattle. Perkins+Will is the architect on the project.
