Estately decided to rank Washington's 20 most populated cities based on how family-friendly they are. The most family-friendly? Kennewick, Bellingham and Redmond. The least family-friendly? Kent, Auburn and Seattle. While you'd think Seattle might be rated higher, we lose points for having the lowest percentage of kids and a high living cost. [Estately]
