Bellevue Church Lot Transforming Into Two 43-Story Towers

New, 1 comment

When Bellevue First Congregational Church hit the market in 2013, you could see the writing on the wall. Someone was going to buy that prime downtown Bellevue location and turn it into something special. Plus Investment USA acquired the 1.6-acre property for $30M in January and have now released their very special plans to put two colorful 43-story towers on it. The Hong Kong-based real estate developer will apply for a master use permit within the next three months to begin the building process. One source claims the property will include retail, a full-service hotel, luxury apartments and condos, though the developer didn't confirm the hotel part.
