According to Reddit Seattle user carnifax23, who posted them on the site, Seattlite Clayton Kauzlaric stitched together these composite images of Seattle then & now. The result is a stunning look at the ways Seattle has changed over the course of 100+ years. Especially jarring are the images that contrast today's Stadium District with an old shanty town and the Luna Park roller coaster off of Alki Beach. Lest you think Seattle only loses something when a Starbucks takes over a storefront, this town has clearly seen changes much bigger over the years. Which image surprises you the most?
