Amenities Abound in Latest Renderings of Ninth & Lenora

Last time we saw mock-ups of mixed-use project Ninth & Lenora, they were fairly conceptual. With a recommendation meeting in front of the design review board coming up on August 19, we get a chance to see exactly what the 40-story tower will look like and how it will fit into the Seattle skyline. Located in the heart of Denny Triangle, the audacious project will include 396 residential units, 6.5 levels of below-grade parking, 7,760 sq. ft. of retail space, an amenities terrace and a roof deck. The amenities terrace will be home to a bar, sports lounge, fitness center, dog park/wash, sunning deck and water feature. Meanwhile, roof deck plans call for a club room, dining & bar area and lounge area. A park created by Seattle Parks & Recreation is planned for the corner outside the lobby.
