Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, where we scour Seattle's rental listings to see what your monthly budget will get you across the city. This week, we're investigating apartments listed for $2,500/month. You tell us which lease you'd sign.
↑ We start just across the street from Pike Place where you can get an 'Aspira Seattle Apartment Home' for $2,478/mo. According to the listing, "Aspira was built with you in mind," which sounds, well, obvious? Of course, it's assuming "you" are pretty well-off and can afford a luxury 1-BR with killer views of Puget Sound. Most of the listing photos are of the views and amenities, FYI.
↑ Next we're off to South Lake Union where there's an 877-sq-ft 2BR/2-bath in AMLI SLU for $2,520/mo. Recently opened, they're targeting young, professional, active tenants who want to take advantage of amenities such as a busy lobby & community room, bike stalls and workspaces. Perfect spot for Amazon employees.
↑ Looking for something more suburban? Here's a 3BR house just north of University Village available for $2,495/mo. The home has beautiful hardwood floors, marble counter tops, a wonderful yard and porch, though old characteristics are still present throughout.
↑ Let's stay with the rentable house but head on over to Alki Point where this 2,310 sq. ft. 3-BR is available for $2,500/mo. Some pretty amazing views of the Seattle Skyline, Elliott Bay and Cascades. House comes with a gourmet kitchen, master suite with walk-in and bathroom with jetted spa. It's also a short walk from the water taxi for downtown commuters.
↑ Finally we end in Pioneer Square where Unit 1103 at 909 5th Ave. is available for $2,500/mo. The 975 sq. ft. 1-BR includes air conditioning, huge walk-in and parking, the value of which cannot be overstated here.
