In a decision that could have game-changing effects on projects all across Seattle, a King County Superior Court judge ruled last week that a proposed 49-bedroom microhousing building at 741 Harvard Ave E would have to go through the public design review process. The project had been presented as only containing eight "dwelling units" based on the number of kitchens in the building. Expect to see this come up in future aPodment discussions. [CHS]
