The mixed-use project at 2407 E Union St. won't go before the design review board for recommendations until October 8 but in the meantime we got a peak at what it might look like. Named 'Stencil,' the four-story complex will include 39 residential units above 3,034 sq. ft. of retail as well as two live/work units. Onsite parking for 20 vehicles will be included as well. Johnston Architects are creating the look of the building, which they envision "as a new iconic landmark."
