DENNY TRIANGLE— Sugar Mountain, the parent company behind Beecher's and the Maximus/Minimus food truck, has hired Mallet Construction to renovate a building at 2121 Westlake Ave. Formerly an office building & auto shop, they're adding two floors to the structure, bringing the total to approx. 27K sq. ft. DOWNTOWN— Nuance Communications is doubling-down on the amount of office space it occupies in the Exchange Building. The 12K employee company just leased three more floors in the 22-story building, now giving them 82K square feet of space overall. [PSBJ]
