George Suyama's Japanese Farmhouse Already Back on Market

Last year, we featured AIA architect George Suyama's 2-BR Japanese Farmhouse just south of the Arboretum when it was on the market. Listed then for $988K, it actually sold in June 2013 for $995K. Guess the new owners weren't thinking long-term because the unique Madison Valley home is back on the market for $995K. The 1982-built home features a genkan entrance, tatami room, Japanese soaking tub and two courtyards, all of which showcase a Japanese minimalism mixed with Contemporary Northwest style. There's also a separate guesthouse for the many people who will want to visit you once they see you're living here.
