Magnolia NW Contemporary by George Suyama Asking $3.35M


Another week, another George Suyama house hit the market. Last week we the AIA architect's 2-BR Japanese Farmhouse re-enter the marketplace and this week we get a 3-BR, 3-bath mansion in Magnolia for $3.348M. Designed in 1977, the Northwest Contemporary offers 180 degree, unobstructed view across Puget Sound. Inside, the broker babble tells us it's "an artful composition of glass, stone, wood and steel," which totally sounds like something Suyama would do. The cathedral-style sitting room makes dinner and the post-meal relaxation into a church-like experience. Not a bad church to belong to...
