Description: "The homeowners have lived in the house for some time prior to the remodel. They wanted to open up and expand their small galley kitchen to connect it to the rest of the house. With limited counter space and a dining nook too small to be utilized, the existing space was in need of some improvement. Our design included opening up the walls, replacing and relocating a pantry closet with a built-in cabinet pantry and adding additional countertop area. The footprint of the kitchen remains the same but it feels twice the size as the original."
