Early Look at Stonebridge's Hotel Project at Downtown Edge

Hotel management company Stonebridge filed plans for a 300-room hotel at 924 Howell St. on the edge of Denny Triangle back in April. They presented their initial designs and plans for the project to the design review board yesterday for guidance, so let's take a look at what they've got in store. Along with the usual hotel amenities, the building will also include retail at the corner of Howell and Terry and parking both below grade and in an elevated podium. Additional garage access will come from the existing alley. So far, no tenant has been named, though Marriott was rumored around the time of the initial announcement.
