Now that the Seattle Park District has been approved by voters, they're getting to work by allocating roughly $10M between 2016 and 2018 to develop 14 unused properties across Seattle and turning them into small parks. Ranging in size from one-tenth of an acre to two-thirds of an acre, the vacant and under-utilized lots range from Lake City to Columbia City to Fauntleroy. [Seattle Times]
