Back in September, Martin Selig told PSBJ that he wanted to build a six-story office building at 220 W. Harrison Street "as fast as humanly possible." Given the design review process in place, Selig seems to be backing that up as plans for the project will go before the board for recommendation on January 21. New renderings are included in those plans and they've much-improved upon the original ones that screamed "generic corporate offices." Officially known as Third + Harrison, new renderings for the 185K sq. ft. complex look much more streamlined and modern. An earlier plan to build a bridge between the two buildings has been scrapped in lieu of a Link concept that gives the complex a bit more of an architecturally-pleasing design.
