Huge Broadmoor Home Now $500K Cheaper, Still $5.95M

Back in July, the 1926-built French chateau at 3414 E Shore Drive in Broadmoor was the seventh most-expensive Seattle house on the market. If we re-did that list right now, however, it would come in a bit lower. That's because the 9,180 sq. ft. 6-BR has re-listed at $5.95M, which is a $500K price-chop from the previous listing. Last sold in 2003 for $4.1M, there's still some wiggle room there for the sellers, but they're probably getting pretty close to their basement offer. Especially since they've updated the home "top to bottom" and that includes the beautiful wood-floored bedrooms, wine cellar, game room, workout room and the pool with outdoor kitchen & bar. It's luxury living for sure, the question is, is this the price that's right for a buyer?
