Sometimes it's all about timing and the timing couldn't be better to put a condo on the market if it's located in Escala. Seattle's best-selling building of 2014 is also the location of Christian Grey's penthouse in the upcoming 'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie. While there are a couple Escala penthouse listings on the market (including one for $6.6M), it's hard to tell what they look like (no pics). Unit 2405 hit the market a couple weeks ago, however, giving us a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle so many Seattleites, real and imagined, desire. It'd be easy to reenact the movie poster as the 36-foot windows give you a 180-degree view of the city, including Elliott Bay. Stare out at Seattlelongingly while you await the arrival of your paramour (or the pizza delivery guy). As for reenacting some of the other stuff in the movie, well, you're on your own converting one of the bedrooms into an S&M chamber.
