Stone Way Mixed-User Looking for Recommendation Tonight

We first heard about a the mixed-use complex going up between N 38th Street and N 36th Street on the west side of Stone Way North back in June. Tonight, Baylis Architects will take their revised plans for the project before the design review board for recommendations and they've updated the renderings as well. Featuring 126 residential apartment units, 2 live/work units, 5,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space and approx. 90 below grade parking stalls, the renderings show off a clear desire to become a community hub for the region, with easy access to sidewalks and canopy protection from the weather. Multiple residential courtyards and a roof top deck, which includes a "food production center," will ensure residents have no shortage of places to hang out together.
