Normally when we take a look back, we look back to the 19th century, or at the very least the turn of the 20th century. In the case of the Seattle Seahawks, that's a little hard to do since the team didn't exist until 1976. Still, in honor of the team's return to the Super Bowl this Sunday, we wanted to take a moment to remember those oft-forgotten Seahawks teams from the 70's and early 80's who laid the groundwork for the franchise to become what it is today.
