Normally when we take a look back, we look back to the 19th century, or at the very least the turn of the 20th century. In the case of the Seattle Seahawks, that's a little hard to do since the team didn't exist until 1976. Still, in honor of the team's return to the Super Bowl this Sunday, we wanted to take a moment to remember those oft-forgotten Seahawks teams from the 70's and early 80's who laid the groundwork for the franchise to become what it is today. Let's take a look back to the to a time when the team wore silver helmets, blue jerseys and silver pants. Back when Jim Zorn, Dave Brown, Kenny Easley and Steve Largent introduced the NFL to Seattle and The 12th Man.
