Before image: Seattle Municipal Archives The California Court Apartments are virtually unchanged from 1955 — in fact, that whole block is full of late-20s brick, rowhouse-esque apartments. Many of the buildings around it, however, are a little more recent: Manning Place next door went up in 1990, and the townhouses on the corner just across Spokane St were constructed less than two years ago, in 2013.
